Frequently Asked Questions – Microsoft Certification Security Vouchers
Yes, the voucher is 100% of the value of the certification exam. After completing the Security Learning Path you will receive a code in your email that you can use to take your Security Certification Exam for free.
To receive the voucher you need to complete the Learning Path on or before June 30, 2022.
Yes, there is a deadline. You have until the 30th of September of 2022 to redeem the voucher, after this date the Voucher will not be valid.
Yes, the number of vouchers is limited, therefore, we encourage you to complete the Learning Path as soon as possible so that you do not run out of yours.
To complete the Security Learning Path you must watch all the videos, without skipping any of them. There are 3 levels, Qualified, Associate and Expert, with a total of 11 videos and a duration of approximately nine hours.
You’ll receive a badge per level completed (Qualified, Associate and Expert). Once you complete the third level and receive your expert badge, you will receive also a voucher that you can redeem to take your Microsoft Security Certification Exam.
- Find your certification exam in MS Learn and click on schedule exam.
- Select schedule with Pearson VUE and your country.
- Log in with a Microsoft Live account when booking an exam (outlook.com, Hotmail.com etc.) and fill in your information.
- Select how you would like to take your certification exam: At a local test center / At my home or office.
- Choose the language in which you would like to take your exam and the time.
- Add your voucher in the payment page: “Add voucher or promo code”.
- Take your exam and associate your achieved certification into the Partner Center.
If you do not show up for your scheduled exam appointment, cancel or reschedule your exam appointment 72 hours or less prior to the scheduled time, you may lose your voucher code (the voucher code cannot be reused).
The price of a Microsoft Certification exam is between 100 and 165 euros depending on the exam you want to take. But the voucher covers the total cost of the exam.
